Our founder brings 27 years of manufacturing experience, including work with IKEA Industry, HAECO Aviation, EGGER, and Steelcase. This background includes international and multi-site operational experience across operations, human resources, continuous improvement, quality systems, and workforce development. Six Sigma Master Black Belt credentials and Lean expertise anchor our approach to solving problems and strengthening human systems. That foundation drives AI(HD)—Human Decision: human judgment, amplified by AI speed.
